I have been in need of a new serum/ampoule for a long time. I had so many options, but I finally decided to pick up this Time Revolution Night Repair Borabit Ampoule from Missha because of its much-hyped reviews.
Missha Time Revolution Night Repair Science Activator Borabit Ampoule is an anti-aging serum that claims to brighten and smooth aging skin.
This product energizes your skin and improves skin elasticity while providing nourishing and wrinkle repairing benefits. Missha refers to this product as an ampoule, but I would rather call it a serum on steroids. Thus, I can confirm that this ampoule/serum gives your skin a major boost.
The product comes in a pearlized purple glass bottle with a dropper. What piques the interest of many are the anti-aging ingredients in this serum (niacinamide, retinol and vitamin c extracts). These ingredients are supposed to fade hyperpigmentation and acne scars. A miracle in a bottle!
The bottle looks really fancy and luxurious, so I feel kind of boujee when using this one. The texture is luxurious yet lightweight, and it ensures sufficient hydration. There are also no strong perfumes in this product, which is a big plus for sensitive skin types.
I have been using this ampoule for quite some time now. It really makes my skin feel plump and hydrated, and it doesn’t leave any residue behind. I’ve also noticed that my scars have lightened a lot.
I use half a pump in the morning and one full pump at night. I like to use this product in the morning as well because it absorbs quickly into the skin and promotes a subtle glow. I don’t have any visible lines, so I can’t say a lot about the anti-aging claims, but my skin feels more plump and a little bit firmer. Anyhow, the hydrating effects prevent fine lines from appearing. I will continue using this product and I will probably treat my skin with a new bottle once I run out.
This product is light enough to use in the summer, but it works great during winter as well because it gives so much hydration. This is a cult favorite and I would highly recommend this to everyone with combination and dry skin.
