We are happy to answer any questions you may have through our contact form, but you might save some time if you first take a look at the FAQs below.

 

Where do you ship my order from?
We ship all products directly from our own warehouse in South Korea. By doing this, we are able to provide you with fresh and original products at unbeatable prices.

Is my product expired?
Most likely not. Our products are always fresh. If you find a date on your product that has passed, it should be the production date (제조). Many Korean cosmetics are labeled with the production date instead of the expiration date (까지). Please look for the corresponding Korean words before you start worrying.

Can you ship to my country?
Yes, we can ship to all countries in the world except South Korea. However, there might be local restrictions on certain products preventing them from clearing through customs.

Why is my order status Awaiting Fulfillment?
All orders will first be set to Awaiting Fulfillment. This means that we are confirming your payment, collecting your products and preparing shipment. Your order status should change to Shipped already next business day.

What do you mean by shipping with and without insurance?
We have two shipping options available for all orders:

- Shipping with tracking and insurance (1-2 weeks): $4.50
- Shipping without tracking and no insurance (2-3 weeks): FREE

We highly recommend that you select our paid shipping option. It does not cost much, you will always know where your shipment is, your order will have our highest priority and in case your package gets lost or damaged during transportation, we will be happy to give you a full refund or ship your order again free of charge. If you choose the free shipping option, we are not able to track your order and in case your package gets lost or damaged we cannot be held responsible.

Where is my tracking number?
If you have selected shipping with tracking, a unique tracking number will be assigned to your order when shipped. You will receive a shipment notification by email where the tracking number is shown. You can also find your tracking number in your My Korean Makeup account under View Order Status.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order by using an international tracking service such as track-trace.com (Post/EMS). However, when your order has cleared customs in your home country, you should try tracking your order through a local postal service in order to get more detailed results.

Is my order stuck in Incheon?
If your tracking results have not updated for a few days after the shipment left Incheon, it means that your order is waiting for customs clearance in your home country. This might take some time, so please let the estimated delivery time pass before you contact us as your order might be right around the corner. You can also try tracking your shipment through a local postal service to get the most up to date information.
